Boodle’s is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at the Club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. Key expectations of this role are
· Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the operations department regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of Event operations.
· Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the beverage services regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of restaurant operations.
· Acting as a point of contact for Event Members and guests for all assigned events always ensuring the upmost levels of service and satisfaction.
· Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Essential skills/knowledge:
· Minimum 2 years’ in a similar role at Supervisory level is essential
· Strong experience in deluxe hospitality establishments
· Excellent customer service skills
· Previous experience of supervising and training staff
· Basic wine knowledge
· Experience of private dining/banqueting
· Reliable, professional and good team player
· Excellent communications skills with good spoken and written English
Desirable/preferred:
· Experience of private members’ clubs
· Experience of duty management
